Launched in January of 2022. We can’t wait to see where this exciting adventure takes our family!
CEO: Rachel
Hi friend! I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Rachel, aka talktorach. I am a momma of 3 little ones living in Nebraska. I have the amazing privilege of staying home with my sweet kiddos, which has always been a dream of mine. I started staying home right after our second baby was born and he ended up very sick. Thankfully, he is healthy as can be now. It is such a joy to watch him grow. I was a health and PE teacher for 9 years and coached a high school dance team for 6 years. I am a leap year baby and was also adopted—my two favorite fun facts about myself. I love sunshine, the color pink, country music, summertime, dogs, comfy clothes, quality time with family, and reading to my kiddos at bedtime. I am so thankful for my husband John for making this website and dream happen. It has been something I have been talking about and dreaming of for years, and he helped to make it a reality. I can’t wait to see where things go from here as our family grows.

President: John
This is my husband, John…..better known as huskergymnast. He is a Men’s Gymnastics Coach at the University of Nebraska. He absolutely loves all things gymnastics. He was recruited to Nebraska after high school and never thought that we would end up staying here…until he met me. : )
He started coaching about 2 weeks after he graduated, which meant that he was coaching some of his teammates for a while there. It has been so fun to watch him grow over the years.
In January of 2021, he started working with the Pictor Group to add new gymnastics programs throughout the country. It is a huge passion of his to grow the sport of gymnastics for all the “little Johnnys” out there.
When he isn’t working, he is usually found at home working on a home improvement project, playing with the kids, or helping me with our House of Five dream.
Creative: Ellie
Miss Ellie is our 5 year old little girl. She is the lead creative of House of Five. She is smart, loving, and inquisitive. She loves her preschool, gymnastics, and dance. She loves getting dressed up, having play dates, and singing. She is an incredible big sister to Brecken and she absolutely can’t wait to help take care of another little one in just a few months. She is patient, kind, and thoughtful. She is the sweetest girl with a sensitive heart. You can often find her in the office working on projects. She enjoys drawing, coloring, and crafting. She has an exceptional memory and can memorize songs like it is no one’s business.
She loves to help me come up with new shirt designs. I’m not sure how I could come up with any new designs without the help of Miss Ellie. : )
We can’t believe she will be starting Kindergarten in the fall of 2022. We will miss having our creative around through the days. We are soaking in the days with her, while also looking forward to watching her grow and thrive on her new adventure.
Negotiator: Brecken
Brecken is our 2.5 year old little boy. He is full of energy and always keeps us on our toes. He loves to climb, jump off things, and follow “Ewwie” (Ellie) around.
Brecken is finding his voice more and more. We love listening to him put sentences and thoughts together. It is so fun to watch him learn and grow.
Brecken is a busy little boy who always has a lot to do. He also loves his bottle and snuggle time with momma first thing in the morning.
He went through a lot as a newborn and baby and is most certainly our little miracle boy. Every breath he takes is a gift.
Our experience when Brecken was sick shaped who our family is today. It brought us together and reminded us to treasure every moment we have together, for those moments are not guaranteed. Thank you to everyone who prayed for him. We are forever grateful.

Finley Mae was born in July of 2022. She is the final addition to the Robinson family—truly making us “House of Five”. We are thrilled to have her here with us and can’t wait to watch her grow!
